Our sessions run Monday - Saturday.

They can be anywhere from 45-1hr long and are based around a variety of Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Cardio, Olympic lifting.

They are ALL catered to any fitness level and we teach movements that you aren't aware of helping you get stronger in every aspect of your health & fitness journey.

These run through school terms. We are about to start our second RND for 2023, which is our 7TH RND.

CARLY - OWNER/COACH

Carly is the owner and Coah at Oneup and she prides herself on creating a friendly, encouraging environment where you can reach your goals in your fitness journey. 

She specializes in strength and conditioning with over 9 years of helping people achieve their goals, as well as helping guide all her clients with nutrition knowledge to help them live a healthy yet balanced life. Currently on a MISSION to expand OneUp!

Strength & Conditioning - Qualifications

-Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness,

-Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 coach

-Over 8 years’ experience in the Fitness industry

-ADVANCED Nutritional Counseling

- Sports Nutrition

MOLLY-MANAGER/COACH

Molly has been apart of OneUp for 6 years!

She has an astonishing amount of knowledge in her technique and form and brings that into her teaching.


Molly is our Head coach at OneUp Grafton and teaches our sessions with so much enthusiasm! 


Soon to be joining our personal training Team aswell.


TIERA- PERSONAL TRAINER


Tiera has been a Personal Trainer here at OneUp for nearly 2 years and has fit in so perfectly!


She has a great passion for training her clients and helping people get stronger and feel better within themselves.

PS: My photos, there is less than 8kgs difference between them. I wish there was some way of calculating how much better you FEEL than just a silly number on a set of scales- i’d be off that Richter scale.’

I first started at OneUp in August 2019, 18 months ago. I was the heaviest I had been at almost 70kgs and was miserable. I was being tested for Arthritis, Lupus and had constant pains in my knee and elbow. I had never been into gyms and never lasted more than a month before giving up but my sister went to OneUp and I thought it was worth a try and I needed a change.

From my very first class I have never felt so supported, welcomed and of course pushed when I need a little bit of extra encouragement to get things done. OneUp really is a gym family!

Over the past 18 months I have lost 10kgs, countless centimeters and body fat and gained so much strength. I have gone from never lifting a weights bar to squatting and deadlifting my body weight.

I have maintained my weight for over the past 6 months and have been working more on strength and toning. This summer I was even comfortable enough to wear a bikini at the beach. I am still a work in progress, and I doubt that will ever change but I know with OneUp and Carly I am in the right place and love turning up to the gym each week. I can't recommend this place enough. This gym has changed my life and I will be forever grateful!’

‘I started at Oneup like everyone else, hoping to lose weight but the thought of actually walking into a gym where you don’t know anyone was terrifying and being someone who is a bit older than the traditional gym goer, what was I thinking? I wish I had found my gym family so much earlier, but I was worried about being judged. There is none of that at Oneup, we are very definitely one big supportive family. Carly is an amazing instructor, always encouraging whether its training or with nutrition advice and the people you meet are awesome. I never thought I would be someone who would enjoy going to the gym as much as I do, I never used to be that person. I get so much out of my gym sessions, more than I would ever have thought possible. Not only have I managed to lose some weight (yes that’s great cause I feel fantastic), the most important thing I’ve found is the things I can do that I never thought I could. My daily nutrition is so much better and is just a part of my life now, and my mental strength is something I could have used years ago!

I love being a positive influence on my daughter (who also goes to Oneup with me) and pushing myself to be better all the time.So while losing the weight was the initial goal, Carly and Ant and the Oneup family have helped my achieve more than I would ever have thought possible.
